Acting Career

In 2010, Atif made his acting debut in a movie called “Bol”. The movie is directed by acclaimed pakistani Director Shoaib Mansoor. The main aim of the movie is to convey a meaningful message to the audience and that is the reason that Atif choose this particular role. Atif plays a supporting role as doctor in the movie. Atif also sang two songs in the movie. The first song was called “Kaho Aaj Bol Do” and the second song was called “Hona Tha Pyar” that was composed by Atif Aslam himself.
The movie released world wide on 24th June, 2011. The movie recieved great responce from audience. It is created a box office history in its very first week. The movie collect Rs. 25 million approximately.

After success of Bol, Atif has become “The Biggest Superstar of Pakistan”. He nominated for “Best Acting Debut” in Pakistan Media Awards.
In 2012, Bol was picked up the Fukuoka Audience Award at Asia Fukuaka International Film Festival. The movie was awarded for “The Best Film of 2012” in Japan.
